Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will make a big announcement on Friday.
In a tweet, the CM said he would share a big announcement with all at 2pm by going live.
He said the historic decision would be for the benefit of Punjab and Punjabis.
He said the AAP government was keeping another of the promises made to the people during polls.
