Sensex, Nifty, Share Prices : The Sensex ended 689.81 points or 0.83 per cent lower at 82,500.47, and Nifty 50 settled 205.40 points or 0.81% lower at 25,149.85. Sensex and Nifty were dragged lower by heavy selling in IT, auto and energy stocks. Tariff-related uncertainties amid mixed global market trends also added to the pressure, analysts said.
